Shipping Fee

We use a weight-based method to charge shipping costs. Shipping rates are provided by the logistics agent. You can estimate the shipping in your shopping cart or at the checkout page.

We update shipping prices once a month, if you think the shipping cost is not reasonable, please contact us.

Order and Shipping Confirmation
After successfully placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please make sure your shipping address and zip code are correct as we cannot change the address once the shipment has shipped. Orders may take 3-7 business days to prepare. When your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you.

What shipping method is used?
Usually we use air freight, such as DHL FedEx UPS and more, they are safe and fast.

Delivery time
After the shipment, the air express typically takes 5-15 days to reach the destination. Please pay attention to the customs clearance notice after receiving the tracking number.

Customs and Tax
Air freight is DAP terms. That is, buyer is required to assist in customs clearance and pay related fees at the destination.

About DDP Trade Terms
Shipped by sea, rail is DDP terms, and truck may take 20-60 working days. DDP means buyer don't have to pay duties when receiving goods. Please contact us if you need DDP terms (US and EU only).

Why can't I place an order?
Due to the remoteness of some areas or the impact of shipping policies, please contact us to confirm the shipping cost.

I ordered multiple items. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is in route.

What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?
